LOVE TEA

When the mood is upon us to set the stage for romance, Love Tea is a combination of herbs to consider.  Each herb in this tea plays a significant role in helping us warm up to the possibility of love . . .

Cinnamon Bark - stimulates the circulation, embracing the heart and the genitourinary organs with warmth.

Damiana - is a nervine herb with calming benefit for our nervous system and is considered to be an aphrodisiac.  But rather than being an aphrodisiac, it offers help with mild depression that may be blocking one's desire for intimacy.

Violet Leaf - this gentle herb helps to "calm the physical and emotional heart."  By helping to comfort us in times of loss and grief, it supports our ability to give love another chance.

Rose Hip - is associated with Venus and as such has been used in spells to encourage love.  It offers peace to the lovestruck and the brokenhearted.

Rose Petal - It is believed that Aphrodite's tears falling upon the ground and mingling with the blood of her lover, Adonis, created the Red Rose, a flower that has come to be associated with undying love.
